If you submitted a user name and password, but are unable to login, it is likely that an error was made when applying the information (a 'Z' was used where a '2' should have been, an 'i' for an 'l', etc.). Please contact your system administrator to clarify the information that should be used. It should be noted, however, that in all cases, lower-case letters were used. If the user name of 'JDoe' was submitted along with the password: 'JonDoe', the username 'jdoe' and the password 'jondoe' would have been entered into the system.
